    Steak and eggs $8.99 Monday through Thursday is the best! Make sure if you order hash browns, to order them deep fried SO GOOD! Also if it's your first time trying this chain restaurant their portions are Big! So definitely come hungry. Their plates are worth the price

    I loved this place. We stopped for breakfast/lunch!
    Not an empty table. Great service! Food was delish and I love the cleanliness and decor of the diner! Oh and the desserts are to die for!

    Brenda was very accommodating. My wife's eggs Benedict weren't up to par so the manager came out and remade her order himself; absolutely fabulous. The Visalia Black Bear is very clean and the employees are outstanding. Thanks for a great dining experience.

    Service is EXCELLENT. Mashed potatoes and gravy was mm mm good. So was the greens. However, the prime rib was very x 100 salty. Cant say much on the sauce as all I tasted was salty meat even with the sauce.
    I would probably comeback but would make sure to ask to go easy on the salt. Never tasted salty prime rib before, hope this is the last time.
