    Clean and welcoming environment. Great food and very nice service. The bottomless fires is always a bonus as well.

    Burgers are over cooked and the put very little steak drys on your plate so you keep having to ask for more and it takes about 10 min to get them. I have had better experiences at Ventura and TO locations.

    I love their endless fries and low priced beers!
    hamburgers tastes fresh and delicious too. the service was average and could be faster and would help if server was more knowledgeable with what's on the menu.

    First time to visit a Red Robbin. Love the location but food was not good. The burger was like cardboard. So disappointed. The only reason they got 3 stars is the hostess was nice and the peppermint milkshake was really good. Our server was usually the bartender. We had coupons but they expired the server was not nice about it. Sorry didn't know. No we'll honor them anyway. NOT nice at all. We asked for a to go box there were 4 of us clearly 1 small square box isn't going to cut it and no lids for sauce.
    We also asked for a to go lemonade the server brought a kids to go cup.
