New restaurant. I’m happy the Hilton acquired this property and looks to transform the venue to also bring in local residents. We heard from neighbor the food was awesome and last night ordered Togo (since we are local). We ordered the trumpet mushrooms and ox tail boa buns, the jidori chicken and the tartare and everything was awesome even for takeout. Hope they can keep the quality up and maintain for the long run. A restaurant such as this with a richer, different flavor than everything else around is most welcoming. Will add photos next time I eat in.
