    Pancakes, pancakes & pancakes: when the wanting for pancakes hits, there is no better choice than IHOP. The food quality is dependably good and the wait staff is friendly and kind even when dealing with some curious customers. There is a lack of table entertainment so being creative may be required to keep the younger audience attentive and well behaved without the need for electronic distractions.

    What I've noticed is that this particular IHOP is relatively quiet. Every time I have been here there is generally a few people dining. I have yet to see this IHOP's rush hour. I typically have to wait less than 10 minutes to have my order ready. Very convenient! I remember I had to wait 45 minutes at a Denny's near Glendale and it was TAKE OUT mind you! What else could you ask for? Good people, good service.

    Service was great and staff was hospitable. Food came fast and it was delicious. All in all it's a great place
