Dave & Buster's

It is ridiculous you have to show ID to enter. It's not a club. The bar is inside separated from the arcade. They should card you at the bar not at the door. The Arcade was awesome. Lots of games to choose from and none of them were out of service. They were all working. I would for sure come back. Really fun place to go for the weekend.

This one is very well ran, service was a little slow, but that's because it was a Saturday in the middle of a rush. And the servers were very attentive. Also about 98% of the games worked so that's even better. No complaints about this location. Keep up the great work.

Food portions were great. Ordered Phil cheese steak sandwich. Meat was good but cheese had kind of a blue cheese flavor ( not of my liking ). Wife had chicken fingers. Good, but Carl's Junior's are better. Fries for both of us were way too salty. Service was above average. Purchased game card with our meal. Game room is fantastic. We enjoyed it very much. Sport bar area looked very inviting. We will be back to Dave and Buster's. Great addition to Thousand Oaks.

We visited d&b thousand oaks for the first time last Wednesday. We were so surprised by how big it was and how many awesome games they had. If the arcade wasn't already amazing, the service and atmosphere was exceptional. The selection of games is mind blowing. My two little sons were completely ecstatic. All around really wonderful service. Our waiter Kody seemed to be serving quite a few tables. Though we would have never noticed had we not seen him also serving a bunch of tables near us. He really made us feel special and you could sincerely see that he wanted to make sure our experience was wonderful and he really connected with my two little sons and made them laugh over and over. They keep asking me every day if we can go back and see Cody and play arcade games.

Food, drink and entertainment was great. Games are all brand new and extremely high quality, and the cost to play is pretty reasonable. We went on a Saturday, so unfortunately we weren't able to take advantage of any of the drink or game specials they offer during the week. I removed one star because of how insanely busy it was on the night we went. Hopefully it will die down a little, as it was a 2 hour wait to get seated for dinner and there were maybe 20 people trying to get a drink at the bar at certain points.
