(March 23, 2019, 4:32 pm)Considering this is 1 out of the only 2 places available to eat after midnight(or 2a.m.) in Thousand Oaks. I'd say they have a better & wider selection, the food is served hot*extremely, the customer service is nice & engaging, plus they have tacos- 2 for 99¢!

(December 12, 2018, 4:48 pm)Nice place food was still hot when i got it ..had a cashier a petite slender woman dressed in dark blue outfit with glasses was very friendly recommended me a few items she was very knowledgeable I think she was a manager ? She not only helped me but I saw her help on the line with orders and saw her directing the other employees ..thats !! .. A manager or lead who takes pride in her job and is not afraid to jump in and help .. unlike at other lack n box ..I've seem ..I will definitely go back food and service was great and they have 3 bathrooms ..one is particularly narrow and long I'm puzzled by that ?? Still a good place ..
