    Nice fresh Indian food with less spices. Very reasonable - $8.95 for the buffet. The owner is very friendly, bringing out fresh naans to the table, explaining the food, offering free mango drinks to kids and having a casual conversation with customers.

    The food here is always delicious with plenty of vegan options. The owner is an incredibly nice person and always comes around to make sure everything is good. Nice atmosphere, great place for a casual lunch or dinner.

    This is a low-key but very friendly place. They have a limited menu but whatever they make is cooked to perfection. Really great for a lunch buffet with friends. You'll probably go back.

    Everything is delicious, and the owner is so sweet! I highly recommend eating here. The buffet has so many delicious options and it's only $9. Definitely in my top 3 favorite restaurants in Davis.

    I first heard about this place from my daughter, a graduate student.
    Since my wife really enjoys Indian food, we made the drive from Sacramento to check it out. It was difficult to find, and during the winter of 2018-19, the City of Davis' contractor revamping had the street all torn-up & under construction. Looks like it's taking them forever to do it.
    NOW back to the food. It was great, and well-priced for what you get.
    IF we're ever driving down I-80 past Davis, I'd stop again to eat.
    It's a real "Mom & Pop" restaurant, and seems authentic & "Fresh." The service wasn't bad either, but I really go for the "Food."
