Once Upon a Time this facility had a sh attitude and did not respect the community it's served. I know I was there over 10 years ago. There is a complete turnaround in the attitude of this facility of course it's low income area but come with respect you receive respect. When I walked in staff new my preference and immediately put fresh items on. I wasn't concerned if they didn't know my preference they we're amazing how they got to it. All the staff was professional courteous and presented concern for any issues that may have been presented. The food was done well and fresh had some issues with actual order accuracy but other than that the food was fine. There was a clean table to sit at and the restrooms are also clean for some reason the male restroom still out of order for me it's been about a month from what I can tell. I won't let this affect my start input as this site has come a long way and I do hope it receives a makeover in the near future and also keeps up the good job with the community serving some of the finest chicken this world has ever seen.

Fast service. Small dining area if you want to dine in.

Seriously, they have such a bad customer service. Went through the drive through and the guy never even greeted me or saw a smile on his face. It Was the least of my worries as long as I got my food but that wasn’t even the case. Food is still fresh and good but make sure to CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE YOU LEAVE.They forgot my chicken sandwiches. I live about 25 minutes away and didn’t realize until I got home. Tried calling ever since I found out (5:30 ish pm) and had no luck getting an answer. How can they not pick up a single phone call????
