(June 19, 2021, 11:07 pm)You've got to try this birria! They have a great juicy version made of beef. But I was most excited to find birria de chivo, that is, the traditional version made of goat. That was also tender and well seasoned with just a subtle gamey flavor (like lamb). It is served as tacos and comes with a side of broth- basically the juice that the meat is stewed in. Tasty! They participate in the Esquina del Sabor on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
