Rolling Smoke BBQ

Rolling Smoke is the BEST BBQ hands down. I try something different each time from the various smoked meats, sides to daily specials. The sweet tea is perfectly sweetened and the lemonade. I went one day later in the night and the food was not as great as if it was reheated from a previous day and oil was added to make it look less dry but out of all the other times I’ve visited I’ve never been dissatisfied. Also use CASH (card is accepted but use cash), mac and cheese is a must and try one of the bbq sauces for an extra kick.

The BBQ was decent. I have yet to eat brisket outside of Texas that passes my test. The mac and cheese was really good. I was skeptical because they use shells for the pasta, but the cheese sauce is excellent. I appreciate that they had about 6 different BBQ sauces: mild, hot, white, etc. (But great brisket doesn't need any extra sauce!)

This place is simply the best BBQ in town! It's a no frills place with awesome food. The burnt ends are the best that I have ever had. Don't skip the green chili for a side!

The prices aren’t cheap but they absolutely match the portion sizes and food quality. The smoked pork green chili was sooooo good and so were the other sides. The meat was tender and flavorful as well. We’ll definitely be visiting again!

The portion sizes are excellent!! Rolling Smoke BBQ is delicious and and a perfect addition to the Aurora food scene that's somewhat lacking in BBQ. I've ordered the brisket, mac&cheese, and ribs - all were tasty. Sometimes they run out of items, so get their early to ensure you're getting everything you want!
