Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I have eaten at a few Freddy's and love their food. I am so happy to finally have one near my home. The service is usually pretty quick, the food is great, and even if you have an issue the expiditer is quick to resolve it after asking what you would like to do. For example, daughter's burger didn't have mayo on it. They asked me if I wanted a new burger or just add mayo to it. Very polite, smiling staff. For this location if you are trying to get food and the drive through is full the lobby will probably be empty because the drive through blocks some of the parking when it is full.

We had great service and all of the staff was friendly and helpful. The burgers were excellent and the fries were really good too. Fries were small and crispy, which we liked. Also tried the Oreo mint concrete and it was very creamy and tasted like homemade ice cream. Highly recommend!

Just absolutely love the food..I visit a Freddies any chance I can.. I took several pictures of the dirty floor and overflowing garbage cans. I was going to post them until I saw the hostess doing her best to clean dining room and take out the trash..it just seems too much work for one person....I enjoyed my visit and will return any chance I can....

I love Freddy's so it has to just be the locations.... Oh my God I do not think I've ever had so much salt in my meat... Four hamburgers my family got we're almost in edible because it tasted like somebody put a cup of salt on top of each of them... We threw the french fries away because they were so covered in salt you couldn't eat them. I'm sure they're still working out the kinks but somebody get a hold of your guy who's putting salt on everything

Well, the place was hammered. Fortunately whoever was in charge of ensuring the place was staffed and stocked was competent. Opening night and they were moving orders like they were born doing it. The staff was super excited and friendly. Although training, they still have an excellent operating rhythm.

The food was superb and quick. We ordered at 705, had food in hand under 10 minutes later and by 740 we had finished. They were out of tea. But it's forgivable because of the volume of people they had coming through. Great opening and I'm looking forward to many more meals here in the future.
