Had a great experience here tonight. It was our first time eating here. Staff was phenomenal. Attentive, friendly and helpful. We had a little hiccup with the order, getting the wrong bread on the sandwich we had ordered. The manager was right out to our table telling us that he would get it taken care of. He offered drinks or salads while we waited. The sandwich came out pretty quickly and they brought us fresh fries as well.

That service was spectacular but as an even nicer gesture he also removed my meal from the ticket. They couldn’t have been nicer about the whole situation. All of their kindness was without us complaining one bit.

The food was spectacular. The pizza was delicious and fresh. The sandwich was hot and stacked high with meat.

Ambiance was great. Can’t say enough good about this place.

Good representative of the the brand. Parking is tight in the shopping area, but it is close to the interstate for travelers. There are a lot of local beers and standard favorites on tap. The menu is typical for a pizzeria, and the food quality meets a high standard.

We came in and ordered Tuscan pizza with no chicken. Apparently the kitchen made a mistake and put chicken on it. When the mistake was discovered the manager came out and informed us, offered the mistake pizza, and assured us that the corrected pizza was in the oven. The chef then came out with the correct order, apologized and wanting to know if there was anything else they could do for us. The bartender offered a side to hold me over until the pizza was ready knowing how hungry I was. The manger then came back with a gift card to apply to the tab. I could not have been more pleased with the way this tram recovered. They corrected the issue before I even had a chance to be upset. What an amazing team they have. I will definitely be back, and with friends!!!

    Thank you!

Having spent time in Chicago and enjoying deep dish pizza from Lou Malnati's and Gino's East the deep dish pizza in this establishment with pretty doggone good. Not exactly the same breed as the true Chicago pie it did come really really close and it was very tasty in its own right. My dinner companion thoroughly enjoyed the spinach dip platter and of course drinks were enjoyed by all. The hostess and the server we're both very chipper and friendly aside from being ready to handle our wild selves, even though this was an Eatery versus a straight Rowdy Pub or bar we did not feel confined to limit our usual behaviors. We both thoroughly enjoyed our food and the atmosphere and had a great time!
