“As usual Billies consistently delievers generous amounts of high quality food. I'm partial to the hungry man's burrito with green chillies for a breakfast treat. The staff has always been pleasant - no matter how busy they are. I'm giving four stars only because the place is a bit dated, the parking lot not friendly to large trucks (except in the back), and the seating is a bit rough/tight. But you know what - those can be overlooked and still have an enjoyable locally crafted family meal, with great quality, and excellent service. I highly recommend for some comfort food that you go to Billies!”

My grandpa order the half pound hamburger with specific toppings and a medium fry. He said the burger was great! Had the right toppings on it he requested and the fry's were hot! “First time customer at the Dickeys in Brighton Colorado. Clean restaurant. My guest and myself each ordered the two meat plate. The Mac and cheese is very good. The side of baked beans is perhaps the best beans ever. The sausage was very good. The Brisket however was very poor. It was dry, overcooked and sliced way to thick. I would recommend that they take the same portion and slice it into three slices instead of two. The ice cream at the end of the meal was a excellent way to end the meal. Would like to see a hotlink sausage on the menu, a true hotlink, not just a spicy hotlink. Give me a reason to move up to 5 stars by fixing the Brisket problem.”

“Another Great Location!! This Applebee's is another great location for this chain of restaurants. I visited this location while in the area for business since it was close to my hotel. The staff were great, and I was seated right away. I ordered the Chicken Tortilla Soup, and the 8 ounce Top Sirloin, cooked medium-rare. My plate also had loaded mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. I also had a local craft beer that was on tap. Another good experience at Applebee's and a testament as to why I keep coming back to this chain when I'm travelling. Great service, great food and great beer.”
