(May 24, 2020, 2:23 am)It used to be a nice quiet manufactured home park until a couple years ago when the management changed and enforcement of the policies ceased to be enforced and vehicles speed through the park disregarding the speed limits. Residents not keeping up their yards, who knows when the pool will open and the streets are full of pot holes, again and yet the lot rent had increased 40% in the last 5 years.
