“It used to be a nice quiet manufactured home park until a couple years ago when the management changed and enforcement of the policies ceased to be enforced and vehicles speed through the park disregarding the speed limits. Residents not keeping up their yards, who knows when the pool will open and the streets are full of pot holes, again and yet the lot rent had increased 40% in the last 5 years.”

“They started off on the not so good side after first opening but have definitely found their groove. The philly steak sandwich is soooo good, it's perfectly toasted and I love the addition of a little garlic butter on top of the bread right out of the oven. The pasta dishes are also very good and pizzas are almost picture perfect. Oh, we also really like the lava crunch cakes. The only time we have an issue of waiting on delivery is usually due to a new to the area driver but once they find us it's all good. Tonites delivery was so fast we had to actually let things cool a little before eating, it was all that hot.”
