The smoothie and the staff member deserve 5 stars.

The reason for the lower score is the sandwich I ordered.

Flavor and appearance are underwhelming at best. The sandwiches are prepackaged and frozen so unfortunately they don’t cook all the way through.

My first sandwich was cold in the middle. The staff member apologized and made a new one. This one was still frozen in the middle. I had to ask her to put the sandwich in “open face” so the center would cook through without the outside completely burning.

I definitely won’t be ordering sandwiches from Jamba anymore.

I have visited Jamba Juice for more than a decade and it's always consistent and delicious. My last several visits I have been bringing my own reusable cup. Not one time have I had any difficulty with the staff at several locations. All are very considerate and willing to use my own cup. I've also been asked if I wanted straws, instead of just sticking them in my cup; which I appreciate very much, as I am being more contentious about waste.

Nice staff, helped me order because I didn't know what to get. Quick service, little to no wait time and great smoothie!

Juice anyone?! Come to Jamba! so I'm a fan of natural juices and Jamba just has them, I like trying something new every visit but I have a bias on my favorites. Try the Island pitaya bowl! its great. Dare to try something different every visit.
