Buffalo Wild Wings

My boyfriend and I ate here for New Year’s Eve and the wings were good. Our waiter was really attentive and made sure we were taken care of. He was busy and still made sure that we were satisfied.

However; I couldn’t help but notice while waiting to be seated how horrible the front station was. The greeter/hostess wasn’t up front when we arrived. One of the employees had to even call her up front. We waited at least 7 minutes before she took our name and gave us the wait time. Also, at the take out counter the young lady with long nails and and a good amount of makeup (it was pretty by the way lol) wasn’t answering the phone at all! I even caught her picking up the phone and automatically placing it on hold without even saying anything. I personally don’t think that’s great customer service.I also noticed the manager didn’t go around asking about the service like they do at the one I normally go to and I found that to be odd. He should’ve been noticing the phones not being answered etc.

Great service. My family went here for New Year’s Eve. The wait was not bad. Our server was Hunter and she was amazing. We never once had an empty cup. She knew when we needed something and always delivered. Plus she was easy to look at. The only complaint I have is that my wife ordered her hamburger very well done and I was delivered pink. Otherwise it was awesome. Thank you Hunter and keep up the great work!

Their sauces are great & the wings are wings. Atmosphere is fun, laid back, better for a younger crowd. It's VERY sports oriented, loud during an event, your basic sports bar with better food! About a quarter of the time expect your order to come out wrong. I don't know if it's the kitchen, wait staff, too large of a section (for the server) or what but getting your order to come out right the first time..... ????????????????????
