    Mozzarella sticks were great as usual. Service was quick and friendly.

    I come here at least once a week due to it being close to my job but today was bad. My food was okay fires cold but that’s normal for this place. The issue was with the guy who took my order! He was very rude to the point I pulled out my phone and started video taping the audio of the way he was talking to me! I ordered he asked a question about it and then when I tried to answer him he interrupted me and then continued to repeat my order which was incorrect because he couldn’t just let me speak after HE ASK ME TO REPEAT MYSELF MULTIPLE TIMES. I got so frustrated that I literally had to ask him to stop and drop his attitude and it’s not my fault he can’t hear me. He then tried to rush me off again and I had to explain again that my order was not right. He then ended up coming outside very fast like he was going to yell at me and very very rudely asked what was wrong with my order and what else I wanted and left. The women I believe named Larrisa was awesome when she brought me my food and very nice but the guy who took my order wasn’t! Normally there is another older guy that takes ordered and he is amazing as well and the main reason I like to come here. He always have a very nice tone listens to you and reads back the order. If I knew the name of this employee that was so rude today I would be contacting management.

    The quality of the food is good. For the cost of the food, I don't feel you get enough. Added to that I ordered two number 11's, one box had disproportionally more food than the other. I've always felt if you purchase two of the same items they should be equal.

    The employees are good, responsive, helpful and friendly. I've never seen them just talking to their coworkers. They are always running around taking orders and running food out to cars.

    I've always felt that Sonic's biggest problem is management. It seems they are never willing or able to staff their restaurants. It seems like it's a problem nation wide.

    Hopefully this will one day this problem will be rectified. Hopefully, again, before the summer two for one shake deal is over.
