Calvillo's Mexican Restaurant

Juan was a great server. We drove through town and read the reviews, and I enjoy it when we choose the right place. We did today! Everything was fresh and tasted amazing. The moment we knew = "your tortillas will be right out. They're being made now." OMG!

We came here not knowing exactly what to expect. Turns out they had an awesome buffet in addition to the regular menu. So my whole family went in for the buffet, just so we could try a bit of everything.

Everyone found at least a favorite food on the buffet. But we were all exceptionally happy with the lady running the tortilla plancha. Just walk up and say how many and what type, and she bangs them out right in front of you with a smile on her face.

Our server was awesome, and the bartender is a straight pro. We will definitely be coming back next time we're through Alamosa.

We loved the food here. Our server was very friendly and he gave us good service. We had the Mexican shrimp cocktail. Wow you get alot. It was delicious. For our entree we had tacos pastor. You get three with all the fixings. Would definitely recommend eating here if you like Mexican food.

Great place for really good food. Very friendly service with a large variety of Mexican food. The house margaritas were great, and the chili rellenos are very good as well. Their beans are exceptional too 😁.
