Burger King

Everyone realizes this isn't a Michelin star restaurant right? Food was great, just like ever other BK anywhere else. I commend the staff tonight, there TWO women working, one of which was there on her day off to cover the irresponsibility of others. They handled orders fine, we didn't wait long. Kitty apologized for saying 'my dear' to me, saying people didn't like it. After reading the reviews here, people need to GET OVER IT. It's not rude, it's called trying to be personable with another human being. I work in the medical field and I use terms of endearment to all of my patients. Fast food employees don't know your name. Would you prefer something rude instead? I mean of all things to complain about, c'mon.

Awesome service...I go at least 3x a week for a small snack on their value menu. No more than $2 since it's near my job. Cassandra and Kitty help me the most (apparently they work there alot!) Great service and great attitude! Bathrooms always clean too!! Always keep coming back for my snacks! Thank you!

They were understaffed and handled it with professionalism. Kitty is the one who helped me and She was extremely nice and used nothing but kindness and manners when dealing with me and the person behind me in line. 5 stars for the hustle and for being an amazing human being. The respect you showed was not lost on me. I appreciate you calling me my dear, it really felt like you were talking to me as a person and not just an income. She even made sure they completed my order fully and apologized for the wait multiple times. You are awesome. Thank you!!
