Cafe Rio Mexican Grill

We made our first trip here a while back. From the initial appearance and what we found online we expected it to be like a Chipotle. Instead, it was way better!!! The menu and food exceeded our expectations!!! The staff was friendly and very helpful, while the restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. We ordered the barbacoa enchiladas and they were amazing! The only downside is that there aren't more locations in Colorado!

From a born and raised Mexican, I struggled to find a good Mexican food restaurant in the Denver metro area. Cafe Rio was amazing! Great seasoning, taste, and quality! Definitely recommend it.

I have been here a few times now and the food has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is really friendly and gets you through the line as quickly as possible. I would recommend this place to anyone. You better come hungry.

Delicious food and drinks! Won't break the bank for food this fresh and tasty. Watch the line cooks make your meal after you order. Line cooks have good banter and friendly with customers. Amazing drink bar! 4 out 5 because we had to wipe our table and chairs.
