First Watch - Cherry Knolls

We took our order to go.
My omelette had almost no cheese and it was missing some ingredients that were listed on the menu. I called in and they offered for me to come back and remake it but I opted out . I got potatoes and they weren't cooked all the way. My daughter got a kids crepe and her side of fruit consisted of two small pieces of honey dew and no side of toast . So she ended up just getting her crepe and the extra side of sausage I paid for.
As I waited for my order I saw two families leave saying how it was terrible and they were very unhappy. I wanted so badly to like this place because it gets such amazing reviews. The service was great though but no we won't be back

Great food and great service. Unfortunately, their loud "background" music makes it hard to hear the person sitting across from you. I asked the manager if she could turn it down a bit. She said she cannot because "the corporate office requires a certain level for the music". I find that ridiculous. I will not be going back because of this issue. There are several other breakfast places in the area that don't play loud music and are actually a little cheaper. I wonder if they have ever asked their patrons if they like loud music while they try to converse with their friends and have a nice meal. Five stars if they would turn the music down.

Oh wow, talk about yummy, healthy breakfast/brunch with tons of options. Gluten free and other special need diets included! Great service, awesome management. Friendly faces and proper service. Food is delicious. Especially the BACON (!!), fresh juices and bowls. Anything with avocado, too. ????

Fresh, delicious ingredients and lots of creative options. The presentation is quite nice as well. Overall, the prices were about 10-12% more than I would expect to pay at this type of establishment.

I ordered their Farmhouse Skillet with eggs, bacon, avocado, onions, tomatoes, and Cheddar/Monterrey Jack cheese served over seasoned potatoes. (See picture)The standout item was actually the side of whole grain artisan toast. VERY good. Tasted fresh & homemade.

I came here with a group of 7 adults and two small children. The only issue (hence the 4/5 stars) was the lack of space and room for improvement in taking care of customers with small children.

Otherwise, the food was excellent! Definitely coming back.

First Watch is a great place for breakfast or lunch (closes at 2:30). The atmosphere is very nice, the food is always fresh and prepared just as I order it. The staff is friendly and attentive. I like that when you order coffee, it comes as a "pot of coffee, so refills are at your fingertips, as does water. The menu is varied and everything I have ordered is delicious. They also have fresh juices and specialty juices. All this for a reasonable price. My "usual" is about $16 and that includes coffee. I highly recommend First Watch!
