Eddie Merlot's Prime Aged Beef & Seafood Englewood

One of the finest dining establishments I have ever been to. We made a reservation for my wife's birthday, and as soon as we checked in the wonderful staff wished her a wonderful birthday dinner. The beef carpaccio was perfectly sliced and extremely succulent, however the wagyu steak was the star of the show. Cooked to a perfectly consistent medium rare and as consistently marbled as anything I have ever seen. The flavor immediately smothers every taste bud in your mouth the instant you take your first bite, and the steak was able to be cut with a spoon while still having the perfect amount of "meatiness" while chewing. Oh and the wait staff is extremely knowledgeable and top notch from a service perspective. Can't wait to return.

We went to this place in November and enjoyed our experience. My wife looked for reservations at several places we like to go to on special occasions in early December and all of our places were already booked or late dining hours. My wife called Eddie Merlot's and we got a 6 pm reservation. We got there about 20 minutes early and they were able to seat us. It was a great evening as pulling up to the Valet, a sign read" You a a VIP".
We were treated with kindness ans smiles that also mixed professionalism in the mix. We had a wonderful meal that Jackson served for us. His assistant, John was a great young man as well. The GM came by along with his assistant later. We loved the food and atmosphere this location provided for us. I believe we have found our new favorite place to come and celebrate special times during the year.

Tried the Elk special tonight and it is SO worth coming in for before the holiday specials are gone. Super deep and savory I found myself sad each time the few elk bites I had cut ran out in the middle of the luscious sauced mushroom and onion accompaniment. The wedge salad was on point though you wish tomatoes were always in optimal season. The holiday peppertini was fun. Place was hopping with great energy and the staff was handling the full bar in style.

It was our first time here and we were blown away by the extraordinary customer service experience! The French onion soup and beautiful holiday cocktails were great and our bartenders Carlton and Jacy took such great care of us! It’s hard to find such a beautiful environment with such friendly people and this place nailed it- can’t wait to come back!

My colleagues had a team lunch here recently and we were a little intimidated when we first walked in. However, our server was friendly and just the right amount of casual to put us at ease. The food was perfectly prepared and very tasty (the pot stickers were amazing). It didn't break the bank either. We'll definitely be back. This was our first visit. Went for Denver Restaurant Week. Our filets were very tender and everything tasted great! Loved the chocolate cake! Our server, Victoria took very good care of us!
