We did not have a reservation but was able to be seated with in 15 minutes. Wait staff and kitchen worked fairly fast for such a busy night. The food was great! “Always great pizza here, but one huge caveat: If you try to place a delivery order 30-45 minutes before they close, whether online or by phone, they will NOT deliver to you. By comparison, If you walk into a restaurant 15 minutes before their posted closing time, you will get a table and full service because they are still OPEN for business. I feel Blackjack Pizza should honor their posted business hours for delivery. Employees should expect to remain after closing if necessary to close up shop. I've run pizza places in the past. It's part of the job.”

“Good selection of pinball and classic arcade games. Dollars cashed into quarters instead on tokens or cards. 80s - 90s atmosphere was great and the staff was helpful and friendly. Food was good, prices were of the typical non-fast food range $$. My kids were asked to leave at 3PM as the place is adult only in the evenings, which is ok with me as I understood this before going. I will be bringing my family back here in the future.”

“This was an excellent choice for lunch. I got the baked ziti. The portion served to me was very generous. I'm a big guy, and a big eater, and I didn't even finish it. I had a little too much sauce for my tastes, but I can't fault them for that as I understood that that's more of a matter of personal preference than actual execution of the dish. The value for your dollar is great here. The garlic bread was incredible, I would make sure that whatever you get comes with a side of that, unless you're some sort of vampire. Overall I would highly recommend this restaurant to anybody who's looking for affordable tasty Italian food.”

“Okay here is the deal about this restaurant: it’s delicious, it has excellent food and for sure it’s a local favorite but the service is terrible. It took me 20 minutes from walking in the door to get a menu and another 10 to get a drink. Not to mention everyone Vietnamese was getting served before my table. I could care less about poor service if the food is incredible and this place has incredible food. When I pointed all of this out to a waiter I was immediately getting the proper service. Will I go back when I am in town? Absolutely but will I prepare to wait around 25-30 minutes to not be served, probably. Is it worth the wait? In this area, yes.”

“We went to this place in November and enjoyed our experience. My wife looked for reservations at several places we like to go to on special occasions in early December and all of our places were already booked or late dining hours. My wife called Eddie Merlot's and we got a 6 pm reservation. We got there about 20 minutes early and they were able to seat us. It was a great evening as pulling up to the Valet, a sign read" You a a VIP". We were treated with kindness ans smiles that also mixed professionalism in the mix. We had a wonderful meal that Jackson served for us. His assistant, John was a great young man as well. The GM came by along with his assistant later. We loved the food and atmosphere this location provided for us. I believe we have found our new favorite place to come and celebrate special times during the year.”

I always go to this place when my truck is in the dealer for service because it is conveniently located. “Truly delicious fresh food and great service. We had the Lasagna and the Butcher pizza. Also had the meatball sliders appetizer. ALL so fresh, so tasty, so delicious. My hubby did think that the pizza's items, one on each slice instead of all items all over was a bit odd. The sliders, bread was too much for size of meatballs. But again, the flavors were amazing!! Service was excellent and attentive. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.”

“This place is a sort of hidden gem. Not very visible from the roads, and hidden in a strip mall, it has an open, high ceiling layout, (which can make it a bit loud inside). While this is not the place to go for an intimate conversation, if you want good food, and a wide and diverse selection of beer and cider, this place is absolutely worth a visit. I am not a fan of beer, but the waitress made a couple of suggestions and I tried a flight of five different beers, finding three that I enjoyed, despite disliking the taste of most beer. The food was surprisingly good, for being along the typical pub fare. Enjoyable.”

We waited over an hour for our food and when it came no one apologized or anything. There was a page button for service at each table. We pushed ours and 20 minutes later some guy asked what we needed. We said we wanted our food. He just told us to turn off the page button and walked away. We never saw him again.
