“Talk about a mixed review. So lets get it straight. For Less than $30 bucks I got a delicious Large pepperoni (enough for 3 and a toddler), a nice salad, and 4 awesome "domestic" brews . So the food was good. What did I not like? 1) I arrived, and it isn't 100% clear what to do. So you are supposed to . . .stand somewhere. I waited about 10 minutes before the girl was ready to take my order. And here is the kicker, she went to the register. She didn't say "come down here" or anything. It was like we are on opposite sides of the store, and she just sets up shop somewhere else. 2) We order, no one else in the store. They don't bring out the beers or the water (you order at the counter and they bring it out) 3) finally bring out a salad (we ordered Garlic Knots, salad, and pizza) with paper plates. Okay please, can I have some of your real plates? yes - and they give them to us. 4) finally get beers, but I have to go backup and get the water glasses 5) So they come over and say "we are out of Garlic Knots, here is garlic bread same thing". No choice. No apology. I mean seriously, if I wanted Garlic Bread I would of ORDERED garlic bread. 6) we get the pizza and it was good So the food was good, but the service was so painstakingly bad that I could never recommend anyone actually go here. Maybe to go? It is really too bad. All they had to do is be friendly, quickly bring the food I asked for (i.e. appetizer and drinks, pause, salad, pause, pizza) and I would be happy.”

“Arby's isn't what it used to be, purchased 2 beef and cheddar meals with loaded fries. The sandwiches looked like they went through shipping and the loaded fries were covered in cheese sauce. The diet Pepsi was good though. Think I'll stick with chick filet”

“A few days ago, I hosted a birthday party for my wife at 2 Penguin's in their banquet area. Our group of 30+ had an amazing time. The food and beers were perfect and the 2 Penguins team took great care of us the entire time. The owner, Steve helped me plan everything well in advance and Dan, the events manager, did an amazing job with the setup and execution! We could not have asked for a better experience. “Called ahead and got seated immediately at peak hours on a Saturday morning. Split a delicious burrito with my wife, and we each got a latte. And since we told the waitress we were splitting she brought the halves out on separate plates with their own toppings. The whole meal was great.”

“Staff is super friendly. Menu is a little different from the regular L&L and they have some new items. My only complaint is the macaroni salad is different and not in a good way. That’s one of my favorite things there, but it has a weird taste and was crunchy. Maybe onion or something? Hopefully they fix it because L&L is one of our fav places and I’m thrilled to have a closer location.”

“Bathroom was nicely clean with only a few spots to show that they'd recently cleaned it and then it's been used. It actually speaks better that it was a tiny bit dirty as this let's you know that it's not a bathroom that's not used and thus it's not required to clean it often. One weird thing though is they have a mouth wash dispenser. Looks a lot like a soap dispenser but it has little paper cups. I've never seen this before and it's a little odd, but earns them some bonus points for sure.”

“I had a great customer service experience here today! I ordered food online and paid in advance. Then I got super busy at work and couldn’t run out to pick up my food until TWO hours later. I fully expected to just pick up my food and warm it back up in my office. Instead, my food wasn’t sitting there waiting for me and all of the employees knew who I was, and anticipated remaking my food whenever I did come in. They made my food fresh for me, assured me they didn’t want me to eat my cold, two hour old food. It was so nice!”

My only complaint is the price as it is a little more expensive than what we typically like to pay. However, the quality is excellent, so you get what you pay for I guess! Teri served me with such a pleasant greeting and was so helpful. The restaurant had wonderful classical music playing in the background and the restaurant itself was very clean. There wasn’t a table that had trash left on it. The gentleman who was so attentive to the cleaning duties was making sure it stayed that way and they even have a conference room! Never have I seen or been in such a great McDonald’s before. This is an exceptional example of how a fast food franchise should be run. Thank you so much.”
