“Super friendly staff. Always willing to help with your order and make it right. I’ve been trying to minimize my waste impact and am now using reusable mugs. They were willing to make my coffee order using it, which was greatly appreciated. They took good initiatives to maintain a clean process especially during these difficult times. The inside is clean and a good working space (though would love if the music was a little quieter for us book worms :)). Great Starbucks, come check it out!”

“Well I found my favorite bakery. The scones are perfect: moist and flavorful without being overly sweet. The croissants are so buttery and tender. They also have gluten-free and vegan pastries. And they do special orders for cakes, scones, muffins...anything! The prices for pastries were very reasonable (my scone was $3.25, for reference). The custom cakes are more expensive, but in line with what I've seen at other custom bakeries. And the customer service was top-notch. Loved it!”

Jenny was so friendly told us how she makes her cold brew, and asked how we found her shop. We told her we were from ND and she was excited to hear about our trip. On a snowy day three weeks ago they welcomed my family with open arms while we each waited to visit my mom to say our goodbyes since Univ Hospital understandably had a strict visitor limit. “The counter service was great! The drinks took a little longer than usual, but they were training a new employee so it's understandable. I am vegan, so I get an iced americano with a splash of almond milk. I saw the barista pour regular milk, and then realize it was supposed to be almond. She just poured almond milk on top of it and made the drink like normal. She served it to me and I asked her to remake it - it had way to much milk for me in general - obviously I wanted it without dairy. She fixed the drink no problem and remade it with just almond milk. It was perfect after that. I was glad I was there to notice the mistake. The dairy would have probably made me sick as that has been my experience another time getting the wrong milk. All in all, good service, but an opportunity to train further on not serving a drink that was incorrect.”

As a Mexican woman I have always grew up around prejudice people and treated differently and I grew up thinking that was normal. Julia did something so little that made me tear up. Another lady was taking my order at first and Julia gave a suggestion of how I’d like my drink then she took over the register. This girl provided me with great customer service, she made eye contact, she smiled, very well mannered. This is little to most but big for me! I had to call corporate to let them know. “Outdoor patio is open! I have missed this particular Starbucks. They truly make the best hot, iced and Frappuccino coffees in this part of our Aurora and Centennial City. I’m so glad they finally opened. I was forced to try the Starbucks on Piccadilly/Quincy, Hampden/Tower & Buckly/Smoky Hill during quarantine. They do not compare to the baristas here at Smoky Hill and Himalaya.”
