Being a family of some vegans and some carnivores and some in-between, we were happy to find something for everyone at this burger place in Pagosa Springs! The black bean patty was delicious. I typically do not like mock meat, my husband loves mock meat and we both liked this patty. The fries were AWESOME. Get the big one, you won't regret it. The wait was a little long, but the restaurant is cute and clean and the food is great, so we didn't mind.

2 things that would make my 4 star review become a 5 star review:

1: offer at least one vegan cheese (pepper jack would be my pick!)
2: missing out on something called "fancy sauce" sucked. Our server told us it was mayo and ketchup based. I would suggest making a vegan version of fancy sauce with vegan mayo. How hard could it be?

Pagosa does not have a vegan restaurant, so us vegans LOVE finding places that not only know what vegan means, but who actually give us a meal as delicious as everything else on the menu. Way to go and thanks for a yummy meal!

Wow, this place has some delicious food. The sweet potato fries were the best I have ever had. The regular fries were nice and crisp and the burgers were flavorful and juicy. It had a 35-40 min wait and was well worth it. My wife and I will be frequenting this place anytime we are in Pagosa.

One of the best burgers out there. I don't mean in Pagosa, or even Western Colorado, I mean it anywhere. The spicy chicken sandwich is also one of the best I've had. I've loved these guys since they had the food truck (any chance of breakfasts again?) and moving into a brick and mortar didn't reduce that commitment to putting out awesome product in any way.

Really great smash-burgers. The wait time for us was ~30min which was WELL worth it. I had the Party Melt, but others in my group had the hatch-chilis and praised them for being VERY good. I'd also recommend their fries, crispy and perfect to add into whatever burger you get (though chili burger + chili fries may leave you a little heated!).

No wonder this place is so busy! It does not disappoint 👍🏻Check the open times to make sure you do not miss it. If the line is to the door, you could wait up to 30+ minutes for food (more if it is out the door) and TOTALLY 💯 WORTH IT! The prices are very reasonable and the burgers are huge. We took half of our meal home and it reheated great for dinner. I am always reluctant to get sweet potato fries, but these were some of the best (again, reheated great, not soggy) Definitely going back, so far, best burger in town 🍔
