“My husband and I stopped by Ritual Pagosa for lunch today. We had the Cubano Flatbread and the Meatball Sub, and they were both delicious and the portions were big. The presentation of the Cubano was as beautiful as it was tasty, too. The marinara on the meatball sandwich was really flavorful, and the meatballs were huge, perfectly cooked, and really easy to eat in the sandwich. We also had a brown butter chocolate chunk cookie and it was the best treat after our meal. Soft and chewy with just the right amount of chocolate. The owners are super friendly and gave great us service. So happy we stopped here and we'll definitely be back.”

“So we showed up at 755pm and bar tender said it was last call to us. But she kept serving others until 845pm. We got our drinks, and finished. But she kept serving to others. I don't want to be that person but we felt weird and just finished. Our other party who showed up at 815pm were left with out service. But when I told her we had just got there she said "I hope me saying last call early was okay" I said its okay. Patrons were still there..... cute place. Great atmosphere. The Hotel is also nice. Glad we stayed here. Its worth a stay. I recommend it 👌 👍”

“Incredible French Dip sandwich blew me away! The au jus is so delicious that I took the rest home and the green Chile horseradish sauce was perfect. I will definitely be eating this frequently. Also, the chopped brisket sandwich is to die for. I will come back for the beef rib someday, it looks very decadent. The huge deck area has officially opened and the view is breathtaking, especially at sunset. You should come eat here, definitely!!!!”

“Can’t say enough about this quaint and super cool breakfast and lunch spot. Clearly all the licals know it well as the best place for quality food at a good price and excellent service. I got the veggie omelette three days in a row. It was super flavorful and healthy. Hash browns were cooked crispy. Alec was our server and gave me hiking tips too. He was great! He was friendly and on the ball. The day before Dianna served us and she got us out the door quickly for our train ride in Durango. She brought a huge smile and super fun energy. “We - 4 of us and another couple ahead of us. showed up as they were about to close ( an hour early for unknown reasons). Our waitress Shar said she’d ask the chefs if they would stay open and cook for us and the my did! My husband and our friend had the best ribs they have had in a long time! My Bison burger was amazing and our waffle fries with the buck stop seasoning were sooo good. Great service. Great food. Would come back if we lived anywhere near here! We even bought some homemade seasoning to take home.”

“We have been eating here for years when we come up! It is a family favorite of ours. The pizza is always hot and the dough fresh. The sauce has some zip to it and they do not skimp on cheese. The garlic knots are good also!! I am a pepperoni pizza person and I really like theirs. The crust has a nice char on the bottom and a good crunch when you eat it fresh. Price is reasonable and they have doubled in size since the last time I ate there. Enjoy some good, fresh pizza with some very nice service.”

“I called to let them know I was sick and see if they wouldn't mind bringing the order out to my car which they agreed. The lady that brought me my order was very kind. Our food was excellent, we ordered a handful of plates from them. When I got home, I had an extra treat (very delicious) with a handwritten note "I hope you feel better". The eggs served with the hash were excellent, otherwise, besides scrambled eggs in the burrito, the corn beef hash and pinto beans obviously came out of a can. “Were on a road trip so we did takeout and tried their burgers. First when we walked in the place looks quite nice and pleasant, but they could definitely use some more lighting. My family and I were quite impressed with how the burgers were. Juicy, flavorful, and just honestly one of the best burgers I've had in a while. “Best Thai food I've had anywhere, including Thailand! Every dish is packed with the freshest ingredients. The Tom Kha was divine. We liked Thai Pagosa so much, we came back the next night, and the leftovers were delicious for days. Every dish we tried was exceptional. Well worth the wait and the price is more than fair for made-to-order fresh food. The tofu was perfectly chewy, the shrimp were fat...my only complaint is I live too far away to eat here every day!”

“If you are visiting Pagosa Springs, you need to grab breakfast (or any meal) at Colorado Cafe! Great prices, and great food. My son had French toast, and he was in LOVE. He kept asking for it every day we were in town. My hubby had steak and eggs breakfast. He was satisfied with the size of steak me got, and how perfect it was cooked. I had a little bit of everything - eggs, sausage patties, country potatoes, toast, hot tea, pancake. Everything was amazing.”
