“Can’t say enough about this quaint and super cool breakfast and lunch spot. Clearly all the licals know it well as the best place for quality food at a good price and excellent service. I got the veggie omelette three days in a row. It was super flavorful and healthy. Hash browns were cooked crispy. Alec was our server and gave me hiking tips too. He was great! He was friendly and on the ball. The day before Dianna served us and she got us out the door quickly for our train ride in Durango. She brought a huge smile and super fun energy. “If you are visiting Pagosa Springs, you need to grab breakfast (or any meal) at Colorado Cafe! Great prices, and great food. My son had French toast, and he was in LOVE. He kept asking for it every day we were in town. My hubby had steak and eggs breakfast. He was satisfied with the size of steak me got, and how perfect it was cooked. I had a little bit of everything - eggs, sausage patties, country potatoes, toast, hot tea, pancake. Everything was amazing.”
