Bramble & Hare

WOW! We both ordered the fixed price 3 course meal, ordering different dishes and sharing. It was a farm to table experience that was just OFF THE CHARTS. The flavors were the flavors of the food--meats and vegetables mostly from their own farm--not just a sauce over the top. And it was beautifully presented. I haven't enjoyed a meal so much since I don't know when. And the service was so attentive, professional, and charming. WE paid $38 each for the 3 course meal, and it was a BARGAIN. I absolutely mean it. If 5 stars is "Excellent," this was a 7 or 8 star experience. If you are in Boulder, you MUST go!

Definitely 5 stars. The atmosphere, the food, the service is amazing. Authentic food which we loved. We got the fettuccini with scalops, it was delicious as well as the soup. Desserts were also very good. When the waiter realized that my wife did not like her dessert he came and immediately offered a different one. Will definitely come back

My boyfriend and I came for our anniversary dinner. We each got the 3 course meal. Every single food item was amazing. Don't expect to leave with leftovers because the plates are perfectly portioned. You will definitely leave full. I was glad that the main course and app had vegetarian options. Small menu but everything was amazing.

Holy hell! I regret ever giving 5 stars to any restaurant other than Bramble and Hare because this place is hands down the BEST spot anywhere! The people are passionate and creative. The food and cocktails - flavorful, stunning. 10/10 would eat here every day.

Really good food, nice staff and cozy restaurant. It is more rustic than it's sister restaurant next door but is definitely more relaxed and cozy. Farm to table food. Each dish was amazing! Can order small plates or 3 course meals. Got the 3 course and it was all phenomenal. Great date night restaurant. It does have limited seating. Most tables sit 2-4 and 1 big table in the back seats around 6. Better to make reservations ahead of time.
