(January 11, 2020, 4:38 am)Some of the best, most well crafted food available in Boulder, amazingly sophisticated dishes that leave you so satisfied. As another chef in Rosetta Hall once put it to me, "Dustin makes the type of food we all want to cook."
Rosetta Hall has some amazing food and Confit ranks among the best. Particularly amazing dishes to try are the Cassoulet, the Nicoise salad and the Beef Borgonoune Tartine but you really can't miss.
