When turning into the parking lot of the Diaz farm truck...one can’t help but wonder if your at the right place...Once you settle in and order food...you will notice a mountain picnic feel with patio tables and chairs outside for dining. With taco costing $2.75 and a chicken mole plate for $9 that’s authentic with robust flavor...one of the best locations for on the go tacos in Boulder!

Mouthwateringly good. Seriously the best tacos I've ever had. Plan on spending some time there. It's not fast, but it's absolutely worth the wait!

Amazing food, great atmosphere, although the wait is long. They're opening a brick and mortar restaurant in October. The best mexican food I've had. Would recommend if you have the time.

Delicious tacos in a fun, rustic setting. Fresh corn tortillas with perfectly seasoned melt-in-your-mouth smoked meats and veggies. My favorite is the pork belly tacos. Worth the wait (20-30 minutes when busy). This is basically a food truck next to a farmhouse with outside seating only. I heard that they are going to open a restaurant in North Boulder where the old Pupusa's used to be.

Incredibly quality tacos. The meat is spot-on and it's nice to find a taco joint that understands the boon of simplicity. Would definitely go here over any other taco restaurant in Boulder, hands down.
