(December 2, 2019, 12:05 am)Tierra y Fuego serves the most delicious tacos that I honestly crave them on a weekly basis! They are hands down the most authentic and best in Boulder. While their smoked meats are to die for, I always have to order their vegetarian taco too because it is so tasty and it balances nicely with the meats. You can tell they source their ingredients locally. I can't wait to have the same amazing Mexican food at their brick and mortar taqueria location soon!!

Or do what I do and just ride your bike here. It’s great after a ride through the reservoir! -
