    Tierra y Fuego serves the most delicious tacos that I honestly crave them on a weekly basis! They are hands down the most authentic and best in Boulder. While their smoked meats are to die for, I always have to order their vegetarian taco too because it is so tasty and it balances nicely with the meats. You can tell they source their ingredients locally. I can't wait to have the same amazing Mexican food at their brick and mortar taqueria location soon!!

    Easily the best tacos in Boulder, there definitely worth getting out of the main part of Boulder for.
    Or do what I do and just ride your bike here. It’s great after a ride through the reservoir!

    Best taco's in Boulder. The lines can get rather long during peak hours.
