We went to brunch two days in a row, food was that good and many special choices! The skillet options were amazing. I had the corned beef hash and it was excellent. We had the granola pancakes which was unique and delicious. The gluten free options were appreciated and the GF french toast and fried chicken was special. The lattes were excellent and wish i had the chance to try the other coffee and alcoholic drink options. Service was quick and enjoyed the conversation with our waiter. Everyone was friendly. Don't let the wait scare you, they move thru the list quickly.
We went on a Sunday morning and we were immediately seated. We sat outside on tables that were appropriately distanced with a niece view. The ole skillet was delicious and the fruit was fresh and the service was friendly and prompt. This place lived up to the local hype and we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town.
I wanted to visit this place fir a long time and boy! I was not disappointed. The best orange juice in a long time and some good breakfast options. We ordered sun valley omlette and skillets. The bread was nicely toasted. Must go if you are in Boulder!
2-20-2020 a cold and snowy morning at the Buff, in Boulder, CO.
My wife had granola pancakes. Very good. To much for one meal, we took some home.
I ordered the Rustic Benedict and it was also delicious. To much for one meal, we took some home.
Coffee was great, mimosas were great.
Over all a great breakfast.
I did notice that most customers did not remove their coats while eating. It was cold in there.
I posted a picture of me dressed in a t-shirt, flannel shirt, vest and a blue spring jacket. I did not remove any of it.
I’m sure glad the meals were great!
Recommended by a friend as one of two iconic restaurants in Boulder. Took my wife for brunch. Best decision ever... The Owner was super friendly, treated us like family. The Staff were all kind and explained any food question with expert knowledge and clearly even with the hum of other patrons. The Food was beyond my expectations. You could taste the individual flavors of the ingredients. I had only wished I would have asked for a toasted bun. If you haven't been here, this is a Must on your want to go list. I'll be back for sure. Thank you Everyone at The Buff.
