Last Stand Tavern

This place is great. Nice food and drink selection - very nice inside. I am looking forward to some brews on their patio this summer!

Manager is an amazing mixologist. I tried a new drink she put on the menu and it had cinnamon whiskey and peach something and it was so perfect! This is a great place to grab a drink, but I think the food could use a little sprucing up and freshness. It's typical bar food, we got chicken fingers and fish and chips, a BLT and a burger. The burger looked like the best of all, juicy and flavorful. BLT could have used more bacon, but it wasn't too bad. Chicken fingers were mechanically separated and I'm guessing originally frozen and the fish looked pretty standard. Food prices are a little on the high side, but I guess you are paying to eat in the mountains. Interior could use a little more work, kind of drab and boring. Sitting outside in the summer would be very nice at this tavern nestled up coal creek canyon surrounded by mountains.

Tom, the owner of Last Stand Tavern, is hands down one of the most professional, kind and delightful people I have ever met. He saw me shoveling snow and stopped to help with his plow out of pure kindness. After his plow became stuck he insisted it was no big deal and put my guilt at ease. Along with the amazing cheese steak at Last Stand, call Tom for your plow needs you will not be disappointed and you will also have the pleasure of meeting a delightful person. I cannot recommend him enough and owe him a massive gratitude for saving me hours and hours of digging my car out!

Went to this restaurant two days on vacation and both times we were absolutely blown away. The servers were phenomenal and the food was absolutely outstanding. Highly recommended place to eat and drink. On top of that you get great views.

Amazing views of Crescent and Blue Mountain from open aired patio This place just comes out of nowhere. Great food in a cool clean mountain tavern environment. Looks like great place to watch football.
