Einstein Bros. Bagels

First time at this location. Excellent choice of bagels and cream cheeses. Great selection of breakfast bagels and coffees. Staff is helpful and nice. The wait time is at a minimum, sandwiches made fresh. Fair selection of juices as well.

Food and service are typically good at this location. Today the staff missed putting avocado on my breakfast sandwich. I chose to drive back to get what I paid for and received no compensation for the error... just the expensive spread of avocado we originally requested. This location earns four stars based on my experiences overall.

Good bagels, good coffee, decent service - not the best environment if you're looking to meet with someone or get some work done. The employees prioritize themselves over customers. Lots of conversations going on while there is a long line of people waiting to put in orders. In the morning hours, they keep the AC on way too low and the music way too loud.

If a regional director did a discreet, surprise visit and had to rate their experience, I do think there would be some changes.
