Mon Cheri provided an elegant atmosphere and delicious food for my wedding rehearsal dinner. They also had tasty desserts that we took to our out-of-town guests and served at the wedding. The service was exceptional for such a large group, and they accommodated all of our guests' food allergies. Cheri, the owner, worked with us personally to create an exceptional menu, decorations, and experience.

Awesome food, very kind employees, consistently good character. They charge affordable pricing and the food quality is awesome. Keep it up.

Stopped in for breakfast. Everyone was super friendly. We sat outside with our dog and they brought out a water bowl and some bacon for her. I had the pecan roll. With no exaggeration, it was one of the best pastries I’ve ever had!

So, let me begin by saying that there is nothing terrible with Mon Cheri. It's fine, really. The food there is reasonably priced, and will meet your breakfast needs.

But here is the problem, it's just fine. Mon Cheri is the place your 70 year old parents like to go for breakfast because there's none of those young hipster kids there, and they can get their eggs and toast.

But they are competing with places that serve food that doesn't seem like it was renamed from a Denny's menu. Including the obviously commercial products, sausage patties that are mysteriously and precisely shaped the same, or biscuits that are comfortingly similar to hockey pucks. Both in size, texture, and density.

The servers always seem either vaguely over worked or completely absent where the common joke is always ask for coffee when they come , even if your cup is full, because it will be 20 minutes before it comes around.

Now bear in mind that I am not trying to dump on a local independent restaurant, but the truth is that 70% of them fail, and unless Mon Cheri changes it's path it will eventually become a new place.
