Nicolo's Pizza

Good pizza. It's predictable and not drenched in salt like other fast pizzas. I absolutely love the dough here!!
I wish the front of house would show more enthusiasm for their work which is why the ratings have dropped down.

It's a nice quiet place to have a meal. In my own opinion, it's the best pizza in town with a very friendly staff.
Ever since my wife and I first went there, its now the only pizza we go out to have. The crust is perfect and the ingredients are fresh. But the main thing for us is its not greasy like many other pizza places.

The server Maddy was awesome. The kitchen made a mistake on our pizza and they gave us both pizzas for free for the mistake. The pizza was delicious. We will come back again. Great service, food, and very clean. Thank you.

I love that this place is in my neighborhood, but it would be a destination pizza and Italian food restaurant even if it weren't. The pizza is amazing whether you dine in or carry out. They even sell their amazing crust so you can make your own, but theirs is bound to be better. The lasagna and other pasta dishes are delectable, too! Waitstaff are always welcoming and helpful. Best Italian food in Longmont!
