Pistachio Cafe Bakery

Super cute little cafe with friendly service. I tried the most unique menu item I could find and was pleased with the quality of the food. I tried a mocha and was happy that it was not overly sweet, most coffee shops overdo it with the sugar. I will definitely come back to try the shakshuka!

I was impressed. I got the berry french toast - at some establishments it is so sugary that it upsets my stomach, but I felt great after eating here. Service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy and warm.

What a great new find! The food is fresh and well prepared; the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating! This will be a new regular location for me!

Without a doubt, this is the best breakfast place in Longmont. Excellent food and outstanding service. The ladies running the place are top notch and we’ve never been disappointed in any dish we’ve tried!

This was a nice little diner. Service was very friendly and quick.
I had a flaky jelly pastry that was delicious and two fried eggs. My only complaint was that my fried eggs were ordered over medium and they came out over easy.
