Thanks goes out to the owners and staff of Cimmini's. They went above and beyond to make my daughters 21st birthday party a surprise and success. They made sure the room likes wonderful and that everyone's needs were taken care of. Highly recommend them.

This family has been through the ringer! They opened a restaurant during a pandemic and even after having to change their name are still going strong. They now have new menu items and better specials. Come for the pasta stay for the scallops! Great service, family feel, and spectacular food. The patio is adorable and downtown Niwot is so cute!

To support Cimminis is to support the hardworking staff and owners. Joe and Kelsey put their heart into this restaurant, and it directly reflects on the food and ambiance of the restaurant. Not only do they have delicious food, but they make you feel cared for the second you walk in their doors, making the whole dining experience a positive experience. A great place to bring the whole family, go on a romantic dinner date, or hang out with a friend at the bar. Don’t forget to come in Saturday and Sunday mornings for their amazing breakfast!!
