Pinocchios Incredible Italian

Yum! We went last night looking for places to eat and didn't know this was open. So glad to have this option in Niwot now. The food was really good- really well-prepared, and good selection of both food and wine. It was also not loud which is refreshing. We could hold a conversation over dinner sans blasting music or obnoxious crowds.

We LOVE this place. Every time we come the servers are amazing (Filip went above and beyond) Every thing we have ever ordered has been delicious. The minestrone soup is to die for. Portions are large. Prices are reasonable. Food is delicious. Stop reading and head down there! The Pinocchio’s Pasta is a favorite as are the calzones. Charming inside and out- summer they have a great patio!

Was here for a business lunch with 8 people. Minestrone was very good though they did not indicate there would be croutons on it, which I cannot eat. Antipasto Salad was disappointing. The quality of ingredients did not seem very high. The Salami and Pepperoni were laid on the plate UNDER the greens and not chopped like everything else, that paired with the plate being too small for the large salad made it extremely difficult to eat. I did not eat the desserts but everyone seemed to enjoy them; they ordered the Lemon Cake, Tiramisu, Chocolate Bomb and Kentucky Bourbon Pie. There were some complaints about the Lemon Cake being warm but overall dessert was a hit. Service was spot on.

Attentive service. Menu is identical to other Pinocchio's restaurants. Happy hour at this location from 3 to 6 pm Tuesday-Friday. $2 off beer wine & appetizers. Great desserts. We need to go back for the Kentucky bourbon pie.
