I have come to love this place. Everything is gluten free, fresh and made with quality ingredients.

Really great food, especially for those of us with a number of dietary restrictions! I had to make all my meals from scratch until I found Back to Basics. Now most weeks I can grab a pre-made, delicious and healthy meal without having to cook, which makes me feel tended to and gives me back some precious time.

I love BBK! It's great to have nutrient-dense meals prepared for times when I don't want to or have time to cook! BBK uses locally produced ingredients and the people are just fantastic!

I order from here frequently, staff is helpful and friendly, the food is AMAZING, FRESH and ABSOLUTELY CLEAN!! They have a great menu of different entrees and delicious soups as well as bakery items...if you like eating healthy and clean, but sometimes don’t have the time to make your own meals, this is a place that you can actually feel great about and get inspiration from. Most items are locally sourced and all house made, it’s just a gem !!!!!!!

We absolutely LOVE the food we get from the amazing chefs at Back to Basics Kitchen. We have never been disappointed in any item. Their meals have such easy prep and allow an easy homemade dinner for our family around the table together. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND! It is great to support a local business that is such high caliber. I wanted to add to my review - we just had the Mediterranean Spaghetti Squash Bake and when I took it out of the oven you could see the love and care that went into preparing this fabulous dish! It was richly flavorful and absolutely delicious. We also absolutely love their Tamale Pie which was on the menu this week as well. Again, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND the chefs at Back to Basics Kitchen.
