If you're working out of this Starbucks for a while, they'll bring you water and ensure you stay hydrated (in addition to doing their service with a friendly smile). Folks here are really nice and they deserve a good review at the very least. Thank you for what you all are doing - working your best in close quarters (during the pandemic) to serve coffee to this community and keeping it energized!”

“It's nice to see a different layout for Starbucks. The cashier was friendly as he took our order. Everything seemed to be stocked. I like the community table and the height of counters are accessible for wheelchairs. The reason for not having 5 stars is the uncleanliness of the inside. It's lacking employees, or at least not enough to keep the place tidy for customers. Chairs not pushed in, crumbs, and drips from coffee and cream everywhere. This new establishment lacks pride and care. Please step it up.”

“This is the best coffee place to go to here in the Flatirons Mall. The staff here have been nothing but super friendly and the coffee is SO much better than Starbucks. I love coming here to relax on my breaks during work and enjoying a nice crafted cup of coffee! The atmosphere is quite nice as well- not noisy at all! Great area to meet friends after work if you're needing caffeine. Brenna, one of the baristas has been so awesome at helping me pick out what new drink I should try and every time I venture, I haven't been left disappointed. Really friendly staff!”

Our only complaint is that the food isn't worth the price. At the old place you could get a good meal for probably $3 cheaper per person and their food was superior.”

The food (two sandwiches) definitely were not - they took quite a bit of time to serve and were $9 each! I had my wife order for us so I didn't see the prices until she handed me the receipt. I was shocked and while they tasted fine, they were not worth that high of a price.”

“I honestly couldn't tell you the last time a manager was as amazing as the guy in the purple dress shirt at this location. I believe he was a manager at least all McDonald's are the same for the most part. It's the people/workers who make the difference at each location. Let me tell you, you can honestly taste the love and care this place has for the food and a very happy smiling manager makes the difference. He checked up on my order even while I was waiting making me feel like I was being taken care of. Outstanding and this man needs to be known for the service he provides. I went in around 5-5:30 and he was in a purple dress shirt and he was a Hispanic male with an accent.”
