Great place to pick up excellent healthy and interesting food in Buena Vista. Think Napa General Store along the wine trail in CO - knowledgeable and friendly service, environmentally correct serving products. Many of the restaurants in BV have lines on weekends. Visit here and bring great food to your destination. Highly recommend.

Justine and Seth did an amazing job in creating and executing a menu for my wife’s recent birthday celebration. Who would believe that steak finished off in the oven would turn out perfectly. Everything was delicious! Thanks for attending to every detail. To top it all off, the wine you recommended was complimentary to both the steak and pasta.

Justine is exceptional! What a mindfully crafted place to have in BV. She was extremely helpful with their impressive wine selection (lots of affordable bottles). Their menu and pre-packaged food menu was also exceptional! A bit of a hidden gem in Buena Vista no doubt. Skip the lines and head here instead!

I had dinner from Spark Provisions and it was one of the best meals I've eaten in a long time. Everything about the experience was great. The food tasted wonderful, the ordering and pick up was convenient and there was no mess to clean up. The people who own and run the business are so nice. We are going to get a subscription because the portion was so big that it lasted over the course of several meals. I highly recommend it.

We're so happy that Spark Provisions is in our town, providing delicious meals for take out. The bbq pork shoulder was phenomenal, as were the mashed potatoes with parsnips and the corn with peppers. They say their meals will feed two people, but honestly, the portions were large enough that it will feed more. We got approximately 5 servings from a meal designed for two, but I also realize that different people have different appetites. Their menu rotates, but even a picky eater like myself can always find something to take home to enjoy.
