“We went here for our wedding dinner after eloping and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The entire staff was wonderful. The manager, Becca, really made sure our night was special and memorable. The food was so good. The bison steak was better than the $125 steak from a fancy restaurant recently visited. “We did enjoy our visit, we stopped in for coffee and ended up getting breakfast. I absolutely loved the decor, lol. The owner was incredibly nice. The breakfast sandwich was really good, as were the biscuit and gravy bites! Highly recommend them both. They only had drip coffee, no espresso. Muffin was tough, it seemed like it was over-mixed? Taste was good, but I would be hesitant to order one again, as we didn’t eat it all.”

“The spa side is awesome! Very relaxing and not as busy as I expected from other reviews. Stayed on the hillside Thursday - Saturday and loved it. The hillside rooms are clean and comfortable, and the only thing that might make it better is a microwave. Thursday was the quietest, Friday was a bit busier, and Saturday was the busiest day. The evenings tend to be busier than the mornings. However, the spa side was never really full except for Friday night (not sure about Saturday). The spa locker rooms/bathrooms were very clean, and all of the buildings seem newly renovated and have a classy, nice resort sort of feel to them. Mt Princeton is one of the best hot springs to visit in Colorado, and it’s definitely worth staying at their resort!”

“I haven’t written a review in SO LONG, but I HAD TO because this place was so good. We passed through at about 8:30 on a Friday night hungry for something quick. Trish made us super fast and delicious sandwiches and she was so incredibly friendly. Everyone, both the people working there and the patrons (it was quite apparent we were the only non-locals) was welcoming. We liked our sandwiches so much that we ordered two more to eat tomorrow while fishing.”

“This place was great. The owner was helpful, friendly and enthusiastic. The food was delicious. The burger that I ate was juicy and tasty, and the Ghost pepper patty melt was delicious. The French fries were some of the best I've eaten. I took my food to go, but there is a separate dining area next to where to order that has a pellet stove, so it was nice and warm in the freezing temps while we waited for our food. I will definitely eat here again the next time I'm in the area.”

“Traveling through Colorado, my friend and I found this gem! I had the best pork chop, with jalapeno jam and 5 spiced sweet potatoes, ever! The meal was so amazing I named my motorcycle "Pork Chop' in honor of the Uptown Cafe! Absolutely amazing! I live in Ohio, so I'm not sure the next time I will ride back there, but it would be worth the trip.”
