    This place is a hidden gem! The brisket is the best around, hands down. I grew up in Missouri, went to school in Texas before moving to Colorado in 1995. These guy are no joke. Their other foods are amazing but Im partial to brisket. You won't be disappointed in the BBQ. The pulled pork is amazing as well. Seek out this spot and you'll be stoked!

    Worth the detour! I’ve been stopping at the Drift Inn for years. Mostly when rafting Stone Bridge to Salida, but also when driving on highway 285. They have the best smoked meats in the area. As good as anything anywhere else in the world (including Kansas). Worth stopping by on any trip.

    The smoked brisket sandwich might be the best brisket I have ever had. Smoked for 13 hours. One of a kind, secret ingredient barbecue sauce. Welcome to flavor town! Right on the river, excellent drinks, friendly staff! A hidden gem!
