    While staying in salida for the weekend, we stopped here both mornings because it was so good! He uses high quality ingredients and kindly accommodates gluten and dairy free needs. I loved “The Spike” sandwich with the green chilies 😋 We will definitely be back!

    Great little food truck! We stopped at the adjacent coffee shop and I saw the truck and decided to try a breakfast pizza. The pizza was incredible! Loved everything about this item. I’ll definitely be back to try other items on subsequent trips.

    Stopped in this area for coffee and happened across this food truck. The man was super friendly.. and the food was simply amazing! Got "The Humphrey" breakfast pizza- it did not disappoint 🤤

    Tasty breakfast sandwiches. Portobello sandwich was good. A little smaller than I was hoping for though. Get two if you're hungry.
