My husband and I had The Crestone Pineapple which was possibly the best panini either of us have ever had, it was smoky and sweet and had the perfect amount of heat. The Humboldt Gyro was exactly what you want from a gyro, the lamb was flavorful the tomatoes were fresh and tzatziki was to die for not to mention the huge chunks of feta. Get the potato salad, you won’t be disappointed, it was fresh and flavorful like the sandwiches! Can’t forget to mention the amazing and sweet service, couldn’t be run by nicer folks. Can’t wait to find them again around Southern CO, if I could give 10 stars I would

(December 12, 2021, 8:14 pm)Mountain pass Panini for the win this Sunday!! I had the grown-up grilled cheese that has mushrooms goat cheese spinach and all sorts of deliciousness with a side of their phenomenal green chili if you haven’t been to mountain pass can you get there ASAP !
