“Very satisfying roadside BBQ in a small town really out there in Colorado. This was my 393rd BBQ joint I gave eaten out. Wonderful indoor dining…but we stopped for the outdoor dining under a small grove of trees perfect for dining with our ole Jack Russell. Loved talking with the passionate owner. Menu is not extensive…but fast, large portions and quality food. Best fried okra we have had in years! Slow cooked sweet potatoes were as good as people have said they were. Mountains in the background were spectacular!!! The owner is expanding the restaurant to handle ever increasing demand…a real success story!”
