7 Leguas Mexican Grille

This place is an absolute secret Mexican food oasis on East Colfax. Having lived in Central Mexico for years myself, I can concur that these recipes are authentic to the central/southern region of Mexico and are delicious. I have been here over a dozen times and everything is consistent: quality of food and service. Honestly - this restaurant has much undiscovered talent and I invite anyone who appreciates authentic Mexican food to visit here. PLUS they have Karaoke on Fri-Sat 9-2. The place is full of energy and love of singing. Thank you 7 Leguas for all the wonderful experiences!

We first came on a whim when looking for a new Mexican restaurant we had not yet eaten visted. We have now been back several times. The menu is very large but the food has always seemed fresh and cooked to order. The vegetable fajitas are particularly great! I would definitely recommend giving it a try!

Drinks are great. Service was excellent. Seafood Chimi was really good. In fact, all the food was great and we will be back soon.

Enjoyed authentic Mexican food, and lots of it too! Easily split a burrito between two people. Wonderful green chili, good chips and salsa too. Private parking lot. A bit dark inside, but TV's to watch the game. Well worth the car ride, good good, good service. We'll be back.

I was in Denver on a business trip and saw this place on Yelp, the drinks and food looked great. As I was driving there the area and outside looked a little run down but I gave it a shot anyway. I was NOT disappointed. The staff were amazing, the drinks were fantastic (they have like 20 margaritas to chose from and they are dirt cheap, 28oz for $11), and the Chili Verde Burrito was to die for. This is hands down one of the best Mexican restaurants anywhere. I will eat here every single time I’m in the area.
